The SAHA Group is a company that buys and sells real estate, and no you don’t have to be in danger of losing it for us to buy it, but when it comes to working with homeowners, buying the property is not necessarily our number one priority. In fact, our favorite stories are where we don’t ever buy a property at all, because helping someone keep their home serves as a reminder to the personal experiences some of us have gone through when fighting to not lose our own homes to a foreclosure.

We are real estate professionals with passion for what we do. The SAHA Group monitors certain governmental, financial, and other processes which can threaten property ownership. By utilizing numerous resources, we personally reach out to inform owners when their property has entered into one of these processes, so we can provide them with knowledge and information they need to support their ability to make the best possible decisions they can, to not lose their homes.

While the SAHA group originated out of the owners pure desperation to generate an income, in a new field no longer physically killing them, the underlying factors of one owner having been through the rigors of foreclosure not just once, but twice within a 3 year span following the crash of ’08, and the other across the same period of time enduring near collapse of his painting company is what inspires the entire SAHA Group towards making a difference in the lives of people needing to overcome difficult and burdensome situations somehow similar to the struggles endured by our owners, thus growing a passion within each of the SAHA Group owners until the true rewards of supporting and helping others were revealed through this business.

Supporting and helping people such as the French family from Arkansas whose circumstances represent a financial place similar to that from which the SAHA Group owners began this business. Ask about the probate book.

You see it was their mom who was living in Tempe AZ that went into the hospital intending to return home, not that she passed but she was never able to return. With no means of making a 1200 mile journey to come take care of a property which had since been broken into, ransacked, had copper piping stolen that caused serious flooding, which then created a major mold growth 3 feet up the walls, what were these folks to do about family heirlooms, and this property?

From what would be a total loss to most, the SAHA Group took the time during their process of buying the property to reclaim all that was not damaged, make a huge donation on behalf of the family, and deliver in person, 1200 miles and through an ice storm nearly the entire way across the state of Texas, everything this family desired which was salvageable.

The SAHA Group’s mindful, empathic way of doing business combined with innovative ways of thinking delivered 100X more value to this family than did the dollars they gained from the sale.  In a passionate pursuit of excellence which creates the willingness to do whatever it takes and never give up attitude the SAHA Group has been built upon, is what brings these kinds of feelings that our entire SAHA team strives to deliver, to each and every client we serve.

In fact, Paul’s favorite stories are where they don’t ever buy a property at all, because helping someone keep their home correlates directly to his own struggles to not lose his house to a foreclosure, which ultimately is what launched him down this path.

One such story is Michael H. from Los Angeles Ca, who was about to lose his property to a foreclosure he had no clue was even happening, due purely to the nature of the process his property in Arizona was going through.

Having the passion for what we do at the SAHA Group, which is basically monitoring certain governmental, financial, and other ‘processes which can threaten property ownership’, utilizing numerous resources to locate owners, personally informing them of the situation their property is in, and helping to set them up with knowledge and information they need to support their ability to make the best decisions they can make.

Michael did incur some legal costs as he had to fight to save his property from the foreclosure, however it was a far cry from what it would have cost him to reverse the process had we not brought him the information we did, at the precise time that we did.

For John his favorite stories are the monies, not pennies, from heaven stories. Where we painstakingly find the rightful heirs to a property that has long since been forgotten about. Like the case of two elderly sisters, one in Pennsylvania, the other in Chicago, and each on a fixed income whose Great Aunt that they had extremely fond memories about how they used to be so close had passed away, nearly 20 years prior to our contacting them.

Thinking this house was long gone to whatever process may have taken it, they we’re in total shock to be informed that we had found it still vacant and finally, facing a foreclosure after all these years. SAHA’s belief that there is always a way is what helped guide them successfully through the process of obtaining the rights to sell their dear Aunts house and claim their inheritance. These very grateful sisters were extremely excited about SAHA’s innovative attitude, which not only retrieved the inheritance that was written off long ago, but also enabled them to obtain family heirlooms that were near and dear to them.

Here at the SAHA Group we express our gratitude every day for being blessed with the ability to create similar stories as these, for so many people day in and day out.
