If you are experiencing any negative symptoms, physically, mentally, or emotionally, you need to regain your body’s natural flow.
Meridian Theory
According to traditional Chinese medicine, your body is full of channels of energy that connect to specific organs. This is called meridian theory.
There is an old saying in Chinese medicine: “Where there is pain, there is no flow. Where there is no flow, pain is sure to follow.”
In a healthy state, Qi (your energy) flows freely, but stress can tighten and weaken it – disrupting its natural flow.
Stress that’s unresolved accumulates a little bit more every single day. As your stress gets higher, your tension also increases. And as your tension increases, it creates blockages.
How to Get Back Your Body’s Natural Flow
To return this energetic flow to its natural state, or regain your body’s natural flow, you have to do something that’s going to allow you to remove the blockage.
Go for a run, take a swim in the ocean. Do whatever it takes to create motion that’s stronger than the blockage that’s disrupting the natural flow of your energy. That’s the key.
As your Qi regains its natural rhythm, you’re going to feel a profound shift in your life – in your inner and outer worlds. Your movement is going to shift from restricted to open and comfortable.Your emotions are going to shift out of being negative into being positive. Also, your mind is going to get more quiet and your energy is going to get more abundant. Experience the positive ripple effect as your relationships, thoughts, perceptions, and emotions transform for the better.
Life is short. Take this part of your life a little more seriously than you used to and I promise you, the reward is going to be worth the effort.
