Often times, the experience that the person had at a young age is hidden. Unfortunately, healing is impossible with hidden wounds.
Therefore, in order to uncover the hidden trauma, one must create a pattern interrupt to release that pain, confusion, and that traumatic experience so that the conscious mind can shift toward attracting people who have their best interest at a sexual emotional level. In order for them to have that for you, you have to have that for yourself first.
