Learning one thing about your body can change your relationship with food forever: Half of the people on the planet are born with active digestion, and half are born with passive digestion.
The question is what is the difference between the two?
The Difference Between Passive & Active Digestion
Those with passive digestion are meant to eat when they are hungry. If they eat before they are hungry, their body starts to swell and hold onto body fat.
People who have active digestion need to eat at the same time every day. If they wait until they’re hungry to eat, they become under-nourished.
So, make a determination. Do you have passive digestion or do you have active digestion?
How to Figure Out if You Have Passive or Active Digestion
All you need to do is go to JovianArchive.com and create your Human Design Chart to discover your digestion type.
At the very top of your chart, you’re going to see four arrows. If the top left arrow is facing left, you have active digestion. If the top left arrow is facing to the right, you have passive digestion.
If you take prudent action on this information, your body, mind, emotions, and energy are going to have a much better relationship with food. When you work with your body instead of against it, you will see positive changes in your life.
