Let’s talk about constipation.
If you are having trouble emptying your bowels, take this important first step:
Identifying What is Causing Your Constipation
You can’t be constipated without food. So, ask yourself: What are the foods that I’ve consistently eaten for the last 10 years?
You’re going to have to figure out which of these foods is the thing that’s causing you to be constipated. Then, you’re going to have to eliminate your relationship with that food.
Additionally, keep the following in mind:
- If you don’t get enough fluids, you’re going to be constipated.
- When you put food in your body that’s too sugary and sticky, you’re going to be constipated.
- If you put food in your body too often, that’s greasy or excessively salty, you’re going to be constipated.
You have to stop and be willing to have a sobering conversation with yourself. The foods that you’re eating must be contributing to your constipation. This means that you’re going to have to change your relationship with those foods.
So, when you’re looking towards transforming to be the best version of yourself, every single aspect of your life has to be open to investigation and you’ve got to be wiling to change your relationship with food.
