Do you want to achieve high performance? Everyone is always performing to meet a goal.
How would you rate your own performance? I want you to think about that. Are you a high performer? Are you a medium performer? Or, are you a low performer? Then, you have to ask yourself: Why am I performing at a low level? Or, how is it possible that I am performing at a medium level when I desire to be performing at a high level?

Why You Need to Resolve Stress to Achieve High Performance

Most of the time, the number one thing in your way of achieving high performance is unresolved or unrelieved lifetime accumulated stress loads.
Dr. Hans Selye, a Hungarian-Canadian endocrinologist, is the forefather of understanding stress. He said all disease is a manifestation of unrelieved and unresolved stress. I have experienced this, first-hand. Now, I can say confidently that all performance that is below high-functioning is a function of unrelieved and unresolved stress.

My Story of Achieving High Performance by Resolving Stress

At the age of 22, I was a Navy SEAL, in my prime with a sleek 1.8% body fat and pound for pound, one of the fittest people on the planet. Unfortunately, I was also completely unaware of the full impact that stress would eventually have on my physical, mental, energetic, and emotional wellbeing.
I trained all day long, at a level on par with professional athletes. In fact, after the SEALs, Then, I began focusing on my dream of making it to the US Olympic trials, in track and field. However, a lack of awareness of the impact of high stored stress loads kept me from ever manifesting my dream.

Like many high performing athletes, I dealt with pain on a semi-consistent basis. Over time, that escalated to pain in every joint, in my feet, lower back, and neck. I was headed for a full-blown hip replacement, resorted to reading lips because my hearing was shot, and my vision wasn’t much better. I barely slept and spent my days like a zombie.

How could a person in peak condition be so unhealthy, and yet, so unaware, particularly when others saw me as a model of peak physical health?

Piled-up stress causes severe and traumatic damage over time—what I call Strauma, a combination of stress plus time that transforms into trauma. Anyone who has been under complex stress loads or abuse has enough to cause serious emotional, energetic, and physical damage. Even if you have a tiny amount of stress every day, it eventually adds up and stunts your evolution.

The Birth of True Body Intelligence

Through intense pain, I devoted all of my energy, time, and resources seeking out answers that would alleviate my discomfort. Eventually finding relief, I applied the learned techniques and worked on myself 5 to 6 hours every day for 7 years. I put every biological system that was out of balance back in balance.

This process led to a deep understanding of what it takes for the body, mind, energy, and emotions to perform optimally. That’s how True Body Intelligence was born. Do you want to achieve high performance? Contact us today.
