Healing Trauma & Finding Forgiveness

Do you feel as though you’re owed an apology?

You’re right.

Healing trauma and finding forgiveness go hand in hand.

So, if have been hurt by something, it’s time to heal your trauma. When you heal, the apologies eventually make their way to your doorstep.

Body of Light

I help people with healing trauma and finding forgiveness all the time in my line of work.

For example, I once had a woman who had been through something extremely difficult come to me for help. The people hired to protect her were actually the ones who ended up hurting her the most.

I guided her through a process called Body of Light. This is a verbal, energetic, transmutation process that allows the body, brain, and nervous system to locate, transmute and discharge negative generational stress, tension and distortion inducing patterns that are held within the conscious mind, unconscious breath and subconscious body. This process allows the brain and nervous system to recognize and establish new, positive patterns of feeling, sensing, emoting, breathing, and perceiving. This process leaves you feeling free, present, available and confident in your ability to express yourself authentically from a place of solidity, meaning feeling solid in yourself

Body of Light allowed us to find out where these traumatic experiences were. The traumatic experiences has created imprints in her nervous system. We sent them back to the light to the benefit of her and to the benefit of those who had hurt her as well.

Within three days of completing Body of Light, the people who had hurt my client reached out to her, asking for forgiveness.

With Body of Light work, you will embark on a transformative journey from trauma to triumph, where healing empowers and forgiveness liberates.
