Do you want to make changes in your life, reshape your reality, and live the life you’ve always dreamed of?
Here are three crucial but basic steps to transform your life that I’ve found helpful for myself and for my clients:
1. Observation
The first of the three steps to transform your life is observation. This observation occurs at the emotional level. Simply start taking stock of your ideas, feelings, experiences, and your emotions. Without observation, how are you going to know what it is you have to value or begin to devalue? This self-awareness lays the foundation for credible change. Get clear on how it is you want to express yourself and what it is you want to feel and receive.
2. Comprehension
The next big step is going to be comprehension. After you’ve observed, you need to write these things down. and then find someone who will help you understand the feelings you’re having, the experiences that you’re having at a much deeper level.
3. Heartfelt Action
Taking heartfelt action to your own benefit. When you’re taking heartfelt action to your own benefit, everything in your life is getting better. You’re no longer in a position of blame and you’re stepping outside of the martyr role. Now you’re in the initiating role. Remember, true transformation is an active process. When you’re taking heartfelt action, you are moving your life forward with purposeful action that is going to create credible change and true transformation.
You’ve got the power to make real change in your life.
Remember, transformation is not passive; it’s an active, ongoing process.
By embracing these steps to transform your life with dedication and sincerity, you will be on your way to reshaping your reality.
