After the education in book writing and publishing, feedback on their book concept and some brainstorming, we answer the remaining questions through a guided visualization exercise \u201cMeet Your Muse.\u201d This often includes addresses fear, self-doubt, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A Common Fear Around Book Writing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
During last Friday\u2019s consultation, the author shared her concerns about writing her book. Was it a good idea? Would people like it?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As I guided the author In the \u201cMeet Your Muse\u201d exercise, she shared her muse\u2019s advice:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cAs with anything, writing a book is neither good nor bad. It\u2019s the energy with which you approach it. Try to maintain an energy of consciousness and helping others vs. fear of what people think or ego. It\u2019s neutral to write a book. It\u2019s the energy you bring to it\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
She paused and reflected, \u201cI think that\u2019s gonna be a core thing I have to return to over and over to have a good relationship with book writing.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A Valuable Lesson for Aspiring Authors and Writers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
This muse\u2019s advice offers such a valuable lesson.
