Upon receipt, you will be given a full refund. If product is not in re-sellable condition, we must charge a $25 replacement fee for Quick Start or an $87 materials replacement fee for Inspiration to Author.<\/p>\n<p>Do not copy materials and return originals to us for a refund &#8212; this is a violation of copyright: We reserve the right to prosecute violators to the full extent of the law.<\/p>\n<p>For return mailing address please contact Geri at LisaTener.com\/415-647-6884.
